this week im cycling off creatine, and my concentration curls are mega low on both arms! here my right last week: 1x6,2x5 on 20kg, and today i maxed 19.25 kg for 5 reps... i dont think its worth cycling off creatine im only 15 not like my liver will fail anytime soon anyways. what do you think?

I think you're better off taking a week or two off creatine once in a while. Sure, it sucks to lose some strength and size in the short term, but I promise you, the effect is temporary, and the bounce-back is virtually guaranteed. As many, many, MANY wise people here have pounded into my thick skull, little setbacks are part of the game. Roll with them, embrace them, draw motivation from them You'll be back to pumped and freaky lifts before your know it. It's just like like breathing

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

yea i unintentionally took a week off (meaning it wasnt really planned) but in that time i didnt lift at all. and i didnt take the creatine. iv noticed considerable loss of size. i lost 3 pounds. and im really worried. how long will it take to get the body i had before back?

yeah i think i'll stick with cycling off it for a couple of weeks. the only thing i really lost from stop taking creatine was the loss of endurances by the time i got the the end of my biceps workout (concentration curls, hammer curls) i got weaker but i spose i can just take longer rest time to get more strength build up.

what kind of creatine were u taking? Start taking CE2. Its good stuff. It is an ethyl ester which penetrates your muscles better. You do not have to cycle of this stuff either. don't worry about your liver on this stuff because there is no water retention due to creatine not fully penetrating muscle cells.
