Diet: 2 days low carb, 6 meals a day Oatmeal/Egg whites Protien mix/green beans 8oz Steak/red potato 8oz chicken/green beans Protien mix/green beans 8oz turkey/brocolli then 2 days med carbs same has above but with brown rice at two of the meals then one day hi carb same has med carb but with 2 slices rye toast and an extra red potato Work out plan:day one, Clean and press/no rest/pull ups/rest 60sec/4sets Bench press/no rest/dumbbell row/rest 60sec/3sets Medicine ball sit up/no rest/swiss ball back extension/1set Day 2, Dead lift/4sets Squats/4sets Calf rasies elivated/4stes Day 3, Circuit train/3 sets walking lunge,med ball mount climber, med ball push ups, prisoner squat,pull ups,jump rope Day 4, Rest Day 5, shrugs/no rest/med ball v-ups/rest60/5sets One arm dumbbell clean and press/rest60/inverted row/3 sets Two hand dumbbell swing/no rest/millitary press standing up/2sets Day 6, rest Day 7, siting down dumbbell row/3 sets dumbbell curls standing/4 sets Cardio-slow jog 45min a day suppluments: isosure protien mix low carb, fish oil 1x day, Mega mens multi vitimen 1x day, and hydroxycut Im 6ft 217lbs and im thinking 25-30% body fat, I dont know if this plan is right for me, I got a mixture of it from mags and books. If there is anything else i can do, or if something in here is pointless please let me know, my goal is to get to about 190 10% body fat, Thanks for taking the time to read this, any help would be appreciated
