here 2.Well to start you have to find your daily calorie needs
here. You need to know how many calories you need a day inorder to achieve your goal of losing fat/gaining muscle. You can do both at the same time, but its better to do one thing than another. So work on losing fat first than gaining muscle.
Thats about it for now, your going to have to have a good diet/routine to accomplish your goal. To stay motivated take a pic of yourself each monday, take down your weight each monday, and you'll start to see the difference which will keep you motivated. Also keep a training diary so that you know how much you have increased in weight further helping you keep motivated.

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Bi's, Tri's
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Off Remember rest=growth.
Work hard towards your goal and it will be achieved, choose short goals and long term goals. Not just long term ones.
