I've noticed in many places on this site, and many people ive asked in person that i know, i am told that eating and eating helps you put on bulk i have been eating like a pig recently, a healthy pig however. Peanut Butter and Jellies, bananas, other fruits and vegetables, chicken, and a cheat meal every day. I work out extremmly hard at the gym, one muscle group for abour 1 hour and 10 minutes. I eat six meals a day. My stack is listed in my signature. Anyway! to the point i always feel extremmly bloated and stuffed to the brim with food. I am not very fat though, yet i am far from a six pack. My only worry is that all this eating is gonna catch up to me and just turn me into a big fatty. Anyone with information please post.

one other thing, i eat alot of other primarily healthy food than the food listed there.

Relax man, if you are actually eating too much, you're not going to wake up one day and be fat, everything in this game is slow and gradual. You're going to notice which way you're headed long before you get there. The reason you can eat so much is because the 6 meals a day increases your metabolism greatly.

In order to build new muscle, your body needs an excess of calories. That new muscle has to come from something- And extra food is that something. How long have you been eating like this? Do you know how many calories you're actually supposed to be eating? If not, head to the top of our nutrition forum and look for the calorie calculator post to find out. Whenever you're trying to bulk up, you're most likely going to gain some fat- You won't turn into a fat ass, provided you're working out correctly and eating healthy foods, but you'll have a bulky muscular look, which is normal for a bulk phase. Don't count on seeing a six pack when you're trying to bulk, but definitely count on growing large muscle. Even though you need a lot of food to build new muscle, eating too much more than what your body needs can lead to excess fat, so make damn sure you're reaching your caloric goals each day, but not overstepping them too much.

dont care about getting fat in the bulking phase, you can always lose it during the cutting phase

a cheat meal a day may not be too good if your very concerd bring it down to 1-3 a week

I might buy this muscle mass increasement shake and i wanna know if this stuff really works or will it just get me fat i workout 4 times a week ... or should i just stick to the regular protein shake

It all depends- How many calories are you supposed to get each day, and how many are you getting? If a mass gainer would put you over the top, you'll gain more fat. Solid food is the best way to get most of your calories anyway, keep in mind.

If you keep on working out and keeping the cardio up you won't get fat. The only way you get fat is from inactivity.
