Okay, so I am taking Cell Tech immediately after my workout. I'm also taking two GNC Mega MRP during the day. Should I take one of these at night before bed? I generally work out in the morning. I've been really trying to eat more throughout the day, and drink alot of water. Are the two MRP's enough or should I add something else other then cell tech after my workout? There are so many different opinions.

mrp should be a last resort, dont use them unless you need meal really fast, try to get most of your protine intake from solid food. eat a lot of good foods, and lift heavy, and with good form. get lots of rest. then eat some more... here's some guidelines: Good foods protein: chicken breasts, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs and egg whites, lean cuts of beef carbs: oats, whole wheat bread, yams, veggies, fruits, brown rice, barley fats: raw almonds and walnuts, flax, fish oil(from salmon and other fatty fish or from caps), oilve oil, natty pb Here are some guidlines to follow... -eat 6+ meals a day, eating a meal every 2-3 hours -eat at least 1g of protein be pound of body weight -to get an estimate of how many calories you are going to need to eat to gain weight take your body werght X 20 (approximate) -avoid processed food

Supplements are just that... Supplements. You shouldn't be planning your diet around them, you should be taking them as a little extra after you have had enough "proper" food for that day. Stick to the types of food that musclehead4lfe has suggested and try to eat around 6 meals per day.

hey musclehead, you used my list! now the gang is all here!!! to the thread starter: eat a hell of a lot of food. nothing is better than whole food! only use the MRP as a conveinience. whole food keeps your body anabolic for a longer time, and there's generally more nutrients in it. normally, before bed, drink some milk and have some cottage cheese, just something caseinated, as casein is a slow digesting protein that will last throughout the night. Dzien dobry! - Alex
