Well Hello,
I had a lay off from training and eating right for reasons I won't go into. I'm about 12 pounds fatter and not as fit as I was. Gonna get back in shape and try and sort my diet out. Trouble is I think I have read so many different diet books I don't know where to start anymore.
Here's to a new start.

I think that was a person named brecher or something, he joined the military I think.
