ok i ddnt get injured while i was lifting weights k?yesterday night i was walking to the store (7-11) and as i was running to cross the street (jaywalking) and my leg went numb for some reason idk why and i fell hard on the ground in the middle of the street(good thing there werent cars passingby).i was struggling to get up it took me like at least 6 seconds to get myself up off the ground.ok heres the problem,my left wrist is hurting so bad i cant even move it.i thnk i might have landed on it when i fell.everytime i move my hand i can feel it hurtin from the little bone(idk what that little bone is called) near my wrist all the way to my triceps.im thinking i might have pulled a nerve or something.what do you think?how do i cure this?i tried pulling my hand and moving it around even though it hurts because i thnk that the nerve will snap back in place if i do this lol.ahh im soo dissapointed i dont wana stop working out
