I agree with IBB. You look like you're slouching even though your posture is actually fine - getting some mass on your shoulders should fix that. But you look good overall.

What are your goals? You could definitely bulk.

my routine goes as follows.

4 to 6 days of training per week.  1 to 2 hours a day.  i train heavy.. very isolated exercises.  spend 30 to 45 mins per a muscle group.

I'm 6'1.  i have trouble keeping weight on.  weighed 155 for the longest time.. but now i'm stuck at 183.

My squats are nothing special.  Did 315 a couple of times.
Max bench so far is 305.

BF% a year and a half a go wasssss 5%... but now i'm up to 10.5%.

My goal WASSS to be super strong for my size, but I feel i've accomplished that now.  So the next phase for me is to get some bulk on me, and gain some more strength.  I feel i've plateaud.

Biceps at their biggest were 16.5 in'

Thanks a bunch for all the compliments and constructive criticism.  Keep it comin'

(what are some great exercises to get my deltoids bigger?)

You may be over-doing it. You may find you'll actually get more results by doing less. Most people here would recommend 45-60 minutes of lifting 3 or 4 days a week. If your weight is stuck, it is because you aren't getting enough calories to support weight gain. So, either eat more, or reduce your activity level to start gaining weight.

Exercises for your deltoids would be things like shoulder/overhead presses, front raises, lateral raises and bent-over rows with elbows out (for your rear delts.)

hmmm.  i guess i'll just try to eat more. b/c i love the gym... and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. it's part of my lifestyle now.

as for the deltoids.. i seem to be doing all that, and with lots of weight too... so i guess the food will help.

for shoulder overhead press i can either do the bar (with a 45 on each side as a warmup 10 times "135lbs" and go up to   185 lbs which i can do 6 times)

or i sometimes use the free-weights (70 lbs) which i can do 8 times overhead.

I feel i'm very strong for my size... I guess I will try to eat more. It's hard for me though, b/c i work at a hospital and sometimes get busy and don't have time to eat.  Maybe try a protein bar during my breakfast and lunch??

I don't think an hour a day 5-6 days is OT really, as long as you getting enough food to support that, and give muscle groups enough rest time, then you should get good results.

weclome to the board.  good job man.  i would say you need some more upper chest to hide the collar bones when relaxed and maybe a little more delts.

Looking pretty damn good buddy!

I agree with what Jheft said, you'll probably find that you'll get better results by doing less.
You said you're doing all kinds of deltoid work, maybe cut it down, and vary with the rep ranges (eg. 3x 15,5,5 or 3x10,15,6 instead of something cliche like 3x10).

Variety in rep ranges will definitely shock your body and get you those gains. :)

I don't want you to think I'm evil because my first comment to you isn't a nice one, but your posture is terrible. Stand up strait. Your chest looks concave.

I don't know if you've over developed chest to back or if you just slouch all the time but you should fix it because it's going to take years off the life of your back.

I really am nice most of the time welcome to db.

I don't think its terrible but i can see what she means, your taking a submissive posture. Take a deep breath in and pump your chest asif you own the place. That should fix it. It seems like your leaning foward to see your abs better.

Also, make sure you're doing deadlifts. They're the best thing for posture (they're also the best thing for everything else)...

Well there's your problem! Do you do squats? You should be doing those too if you aren't already.

yes.. I do squats. they are my weakpoint i suppose...   Only able to squat 315 about 6 times on a good day.

I should focus more on squats and deadlifts shouldn't I?

look at me.. i'm answering my own questions now haha

(can anyone recommend a great place that has pictures and tips on how to do deadlifts.. b/c I honestly have NEVER done them)

thanks in advance

This is a good video. This one's good too. Start out with relatively light weight at first, then steadily increase it week by week to allow your back to adapt. Eventually they should become your strongest lift.
