It would also be good to find someone who knows how to deadlift (if you know anyone) and get them to go to the gym with you and check your form, cause it's hard to perfectly critique your own form.

Do u have any leg shots? upper body looks good! maybe a bit more lateral/rear delt size and u'd look a lot bigger.. U should improve your posture as posted by rippedchick.. A good exercise to improve posture would be supermans
Squat max - 275lbs 30/07/09 Bench max - ¿? Front Squats(atg)- ¿?

I have a few trainers that showed me how to deadlift properly, but they are VERY new to me (deadlifts) soo... i'm taking it slow with light weight and working my way up.

I like static supermans better than reppin' them. That's what we do in my boxing class. Try holding the position for at least 30 seconds, rest, and repeat a few times. I think that would be more beneficial for you posture, but maybe that's just me...

ORIGINAL: Gottabefit http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/ErectorSpinae/Superman.html<--- Supermans AHHH yes... maybe i'll throw those into the HST routine here in a bit. i know how to do those, just haven't in a while. I used to do 1 or 2 sets of 10, with a slow 5 second hold at contraction. feels good when u get done

Haha now there's a smile. You've got good lean muscle throughout-- nice work man
Shoulders back. Head high. Always progressing. Supps: whey, flax oil, food, water and Super Pump, it makes me dizzy sometimes
