Im going on a diet, need help.

Im going on a diet, need help. - Wednesday, December 06, 2006 6:03 PM ( #1 )
After talking about doing it for a while, im going on a diet.

Im 5'9 195lbs, Im a thick guy but im not fat. Im big boned. Used to work out all the time. So now im gettin flabby from not working out this last 6 months. Im going back into it hardcore, tryin to get back in shape. I'm not really concerned that much in losing weight. I more less want to get in shape, and have a healthy diet. I want to build muscle, and get rid of the fat.

My habbits right now are:

Gym 5 days a week
multivitamin
fish oil
3 protein shakes a day.
Amino fuel by twinlabs

I've cut back on basically everything I normally eat. EVERYTHING. Eating kinda sucks now.

The only bread i eat now is wheat. And I only drink water and 1% milk.

Heres the thing, I have no idea what do eat now, Ive been having alot of sandwhiches on wheat. Usually turkey some type of cheese and mustard. Ive been eatin peanuts as a snack. Some pasta here and there. I wanna eat healthy but at the same time I feel like i'm starving myself.

What do I do? What Do I eat what shouldn't I eat. How much should I eat?

I had the same problem and I was confused of loosing weight. Now I am fit and lost fat by just doing schedule exercise and also had a supplements from company called Apple cider Vinegar. Both together really helped me a lot. I can give you their site name and you have a try but after all you really need regular exercise.

Bah humbug ... the only way to get fit is to do so naturally, IMHO.

Mountain ... check out my journal ... I'm currently trying to decrease BF% and there are some helpful links to the workouts I'm doing and the meals I'm eating.  Also, you'll see Danmirage posting within my journal, the links in his signature are very helpful.
