Uh you prolly need to eat 1,000 more calories.

Yes, go hard and heavy in the weight room. Do sprints HIIT. Run hills, plyometrics with medicine ball, etc.

If your sprinting I think most people do sprint twenty, rest ten.

Its generally harder.

HIIT is: High Intensity Interval Training.

I've never stuck with it but it is a pretty nice workout. Theres many forms of HIIT, do a search for one you like.

And keep lifting, eat less than while bulking, and add some more cardio.

Toughguy41

I'd suggest focusing on more reps than more weight. Find a comfortable weight to rep 20 times. On the 20th time you should have a hard time getting the weight to the rest position. If not, you either have too much or too little on. I'd add more B vitamins preferably B12 and B6.

Yeah, don't do this. Lift heavy weights. If you go light, the muscle you made goes bye bye.

I agree with the people above that you need more calories.
