I'm bringin sexy legs - Saturday, October 11, 2008 6:52 PM ( #1 )
Alright well I've been training on and off and really neglecting the legs and shoulders.

I though about making a new routine around the starting strenght routine but pretty much focusing on my lower body... I know I shouldn't fk with SS but HEY I really need to catch up the legs and I feel like squats aren't doing enough.. plus just the squats I believe don't grow/get stronger fast as it could be so... let me know what you all think.

Monday
Squat 3x5
Front squat and pressing at the top ( Squat and OH press combination) 3x8-10
Weighted one leg squats 3x15 (each leg)
Good Mornings 3x10
(maybe) Lunges 3x10 (each leg)

Tuesday
Bench Press 3x5
Oh Press 3x5
Squats
Power Clean & Press

Friday
Squat
Deadlift
Power clean
BB rows

??

Too many Pushes, not enough Pulls. Replace OH Press with Chin-ups or something imo.
