I'm back :) - Tuesday, January 22, 2008 10:12 AM ( #1 )
sadly...i hit a bump in my training for about a year. I still worked out, but not nearly as often or as intense as i wanted. lol, i just got kinda bored... and since i'm starting to get back into the swing of things, i've gathered some pics and started a visual timeline... lol...

posing pics will come later...the relaxed pic is semi recent (within a couple months)

daaayuum.  at first i thot the first pic was ur most recent nd then the next few were you a year ago.  I was like **** he got fat but then i realized it was the other way around as i went down lol. Very very nice work.

jw what are you maxes in bench squat nd deadlift.  ive been tryin to find a good relation, if any, between size and strength of bodybuilders.

i was 13/14 in the first... and around 15 in the second.

As for the maxes... lol, these days i have no idea... i never max... a couple years ago i could deadlift 430ish, squar around 415, and bench around 315 if my memory serves me...
