Old Navy,
I've posted a thread in the "Critique My Physique" forum and more than one guy told me to talk to Old Navy the expert!
I'm 45, 6'1", and about 193. Ive attached some pictures. I'd like to compete next Spring/Summer in a local contest Masters Over 45 and Novice classes. Tell me if I'm crazy or if it is possible for me to be in the right shape and posing preparation by then. If it is possible, what is my timeline like over the next 10 or 12 months?

It doesn't look like I can attach pictures in this forum. Is that right? My pictures are in the thread "Want to compete next year. Please critique." or something along those lines.
