If you have tried NOX CG3 or Cellmass I would like your opinion on my current stack...
 
I'm taking NOX CG3 before workouts because I simply love the stuff rather than the cheap NOXplode which uses a extreme amount of caffeine/ NOX CG3 uses Taurine.  For Post workout supplement I am currently taking Cellmass...  Now I never planned on taking the two together it just so happened that I have both at the same time...  What do you think of this stack besides the price tag and do you think it is overduing the creatine amount that your body should intake daily?

Taurine is just as cheap as caffeine. Look in any health food store. All of the studies I have read about on pubmed.com have used 2-3 grams of creatine per day for their studies. More isn't nessesaraly bad. But you might not see a huge difference, other then in your wallet.

nox cg3 is garbage, no xplode is way better, and with nox cg3 your paying for that **** chuck liddel
