1.) If this is your first offense you will be banned for 7 days. If it is your second offense you will be banned for 14 days. After your third offense you will be permanently banned from DiscussBodybuilding.com. After your banning duration has passed you will be allowed to log back in to DiscussBodybuilding.com and continue posting as you had in the past. 2.) Do not create another account to post while you are under your temporary ban. If we find out you are using an alternate account both your primary and alternate account, as well as your IP address will be permanently banned from DiscussBodybuilding.com. 3.) Do not attempt to contact the admins, mods, or any other member of the site during your temporary suspension. Contacting any member of DB during your suspension can lead a permanent ban from DiscussBodybuilding.com. Complaining to the admins during your suspension will lead to a permanent ban from DiscussBodybuilding.com. 4.) When your temporary suspension has ended do not create a post or thread to talk about your suspension. If you create a thread or post about your suspension your account may be permanently banned for not following this rule.
