Hi all, I am doing weightlifting and cardio together I need to know what is the best time to consume (a) whey (b) Glutamine I know for a fact that cardio must be done after weightlifting. Now where do i fit in the supplement intake in the timeline of my workout for best results ???? I am 188 lbs with 19% Bf. targeting 170 lbs <10% bf is it like: weightlifting -> glutamine + protein shake -> cardio OR weightlifting ->cardio ->glutamine + protein shake OR weightlifting-> glutamine -> cardio ->protein shake OR weightlifting-> protein shake -> cardio -> glutamine Please comment Thanks a lot for help gary

2nd one you want to take your glutamine and proein shake after your workout to build repair muscles. But i wouldnt take a shake then do cardio i did that once and felt sick the whole time i was doing cardio
