I'm pretty new here, so maybe this has already been suggested, but how about a new forum where we can talk about motivation? I think it would be good to talk about stuff like tips for staying motivated after a bad result, goal-setting, how good you feel when you say NO to that donut , stuff like that... What do you think?

no, im not a foreigner, just a dual citizen... american and spanish.
yeah, salamanca is nice... full of americans too.

Motivation is a huge part of this sport. But personally, I get my motivation from reading training entries and then out of bounds for the communal aspect.
I'm not ditching the idea. I'm just trying to figure out if there's enough discussions that would revolve around motivational aspects of bodybuilding?
What would work is a thread dedicated to it.. on-going that could become a FAQ in a particular forum rather then a forum just dedicated to motivation.
