No, I agree with Boomer, he didn't juice. Look at JonB in 5-7 years if he keeps training like he is...he WILL look like that, IMO. Also, I am pretty sure a body like that is attainable. He definitely worked his ass off in the gym to look like that, and he is probably 26-30, so yes, you should give him the benefit of the doubt. EDIT: Novice, there is, gotta believe man.

Rolling-Who cummed in your cereal today??? Honestly. I was stating an opinion that JonB is a beast right now and has a very good chance of looking like that guy from my perspective. So chill out man. What who just said has nothing to do with this thread, but my opinion. Don't miss your training for the French Bicycling Team, we wouldn't want that.

OP said he'd like to get there, ive noticed that alot of these threads turn into a steroid debate, do i look like i take steroids?? my friends have always made that reference to me cause of the progress ive made in so little amount of time.. lifting hard, eating good, sleeping good, and having really good genetics can get you anywhere...can u believe i used to weight 130 lbs? if i can get up to 205lbs within months, with half assed training and a ****ty diet where do u think someone can get with good consistent training(not getting lazy and taking months off), nice round diet, good supplements...etc building muscle is not rocket science

Who cares? I can't understand it when people say, "I want to look like this guy." Then what? You maintain for the rest of your life? That won't work, you might maintain for a little while, but then it'll get monotonous and you'll end up stopping. Personally BBNovice I think you're selling yourself short wanting to look like that. You could get that physique within 10 years I think, and then what? You'll be under 30 years old, with a great physique, and if you maintain it's eventually going to go to waste. You know what my goal physique is? 240 pounds competition weight. It's a goal I won't hit for a long time, if ever, and that doesn't matter to me because there's always something to progress towards, so working out doesn't become a chore. Don't sell yourself short.

I'm not saying anything, and I really don't wanna debate who uses and who doesn't. It's stupid. All i'm saying is that passing a drug test proves nothing.

Well, here's his website right here http://www.ulissesjr.com/ In his bio it says he weighs 210lbs during the off-season and 195lbs for contest. It didn't really say anything whether he's natural or not, but you could always go to his myspace and ask him Anyways I should be able to get where he's at in the next year or so, but my ultimate goal is be about 10lba heavier than he is.

Don't sell yourself short. i disagree with almost everything you just said. if you only want something to progress towards, and you tell yourself you'll never make it, isn't your goal just to be a failure? I'm not telling myself I can't make it. I don't set myself up for failure. The point is to have a goal that you can hit, but it's going to take such a long time that if you stop for a little while, you might not hit it, so it keeps you going. i see. that's alittle more clear i like to set a large goal, then set smaller goals that i can obtain easier and quicker. I'll use running a marathon as an example. My ultimate goal is to complete the 26 mile (or however long a marathon is) race. But i set my goals like "ok, lets make it to mile 3". After i make it to mile 3, i say "okay, let's get to mile 6 now" and give everything i have to get there and so on and so on. That's what works best for me.
