Ice Hockey hep wit training

Well i jus wanted a few suggestions on workouts for hockey and how to sculpt my chest better for the ladies.
For upper body i do
bench : 145
Incline: 100
Curl :  35 each
Butterfly: 45
shoulder press: 140
--------------------------
Legs:
Machine leg press: 360
Machine leg extensions: 80 each leg
Hemstring machine: 80
Squat: 120 ( i could prolly do more but i have ****y form)

Any suggestions would be great =D

Get that squat form up to par for one, and make that your primary and most important leg exercise.  I don't know much about hockey, but I would imagine you would want some mass to push people around with, go to the training section and read some of the stickies, I am guessing a good full body routine focussed on strength and size would help out in addition to playing hockey alone.

Do you run at all? In a sport like hockey where there is plenty of skating, I recommend doing some running. My coach tells me to do some jogs, even sprints with 2-4 minute breaks.

SQUATS!!!!!!!!!!!
I also train for hockey and this is your most important lifting excercise.

Also I would suggest getting on a stationary bike for at least 20-30 minutes to simulate a game.

squat. lift heavy. eat. grow. smash through the opposition lineup. obv the ladies will crave for more.

Running for endurance.
Squats/ Bench Press/ Dead lift.. are all nice for hockey.
And Diet! Make sure you carb load 2-3 hours before a game.
