I was wondering about when u workout doing curls and bench press also on this machine i got it always feels like 1 arm is doing more. Is it because there not even in strength ?

are you holding the both arms at an even spot? Im not sure, its probably because your other arm is stronger

Well i just started doing curls and bench pressing cuz i just got the stuff and a machine before i was using 20 pound dumbells and when i do precher curls it feels way different my right arm feels solid and i can feel it contracting real good but when i do the same thing with my left it feels loose and i cant feel the contraction much do you know why ?

Andy - Are you right handed? My first guess is that one arm you have that mind to muscle link going on where you can really feel it. And the other arm you don't. If you just started this, give it time. Really feel the muscles working. Over time, you'll get that mind to muscle link where you can really start to feel how your muscles are working and you'll feel that contraction. At the moment, you probably don't have that connection, so the left arm just feels like you are going thru the motions.

ya im right handed, I had this problem for awile is it still working my left as good as my right cuz it feels like my right gets more outa it.

That's pretty much how it feels with a dominant side. Just keep working the left side just as hard. You are on the right track.
