Hi, I'm new here so I'll go ahead and introduce myself. I'm 21 years old and going into my 4th year of college. I'm 5'11'' and ~130 lbs. I haven't really had any form of exercise since I got to college, and I don't eat particularly well either. However, with any goal I set, I tend to be very "hardcore" toward achieving it, pushing myself and spending lots of time/money on it. So... I want a "swimmer's build" (and a few more pounds)! I've read some things and asked for advice, but some of what I hear/read is conflicting. What should my exercise/swimming routine consist of? What should I be eating? Should I use supplements/protein drinks? I'm very new to this so any advice would help. Edit: I want THIS: Thumbnail Image
