I'm 18 and I've had a bit of gym experience, I use to go regularly a few years ago but nothing serious. I'm 195cm (6'4) and around 202lbs. I know it's a hard journey but I'm willing to put the effort in. I basically want to get bigger without gaining a huge gut and podgey cheaks. Can anyone advise me on how to gain muscle without getting fat and ballooning up? Also, what's the best creatine to use (In the UK). Thanks.

That isn't necessarily a terribly difficult thing: go to the gym, hit the weights for a couple of months, and see the scale going up. I started because I wanted to lose weight. After a couple of months, my weight was still about the same, but my waist was about 20 cm / 8 inches smaller. Just do it, the results will come - I promise.

It's all about the diet- you can go to the gym all you want, but if you're not feeding your body the right amounts of the right foods, it won't have anything to make new muscle with- Check out this article, and follow the link at the end of it to find out exactly how many calories a day you should be getting to gain some muscle. http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/What_the_hell_is_a_calorie_anyway/m_135283/tm.htm

When you are hungry, eat. Just eat healthy foods, stay away from McDonalds and such places.
