I've been here long enough to know that there's like 50 creatine threads a week but I'm too lazy to search for the question I have.  I started creatine again and I'm taking 5g (1 tsp) in my post workout shake and 5g before bed in a casein shake for the first five days.  Then now I'm wondering if that's too much to continue with or if 10g a day is ok for someone my weight (189 lbs).  Also is it ok to mix it in my post workout shake or a casein shake?

I take 10g pre on lift days.

Its better absorbed when taken with fruitjuice or specificly Grape jiuce,

My loading phase I took 5gr 4/5 times per day for the first 5 days and then 5/10gr per day for maintenance.Make sure to drink plenty of water and train hard.......
