Hi, My names john. Im 16 years old and weigh about 156lbs. Ive been traning in boxing for about 3 years but it just does not seem to help me with my body to much. I really need to get a diet plan going as i just dont know what the hell i should eat and not eat. Im traning atleast 3 times a week for atleast 2 hours. I am going to stop my boxing though and join up at a proper gym do u think this is wise? I really would like to get a good body and i really want to bulk out. Im of a fair size already but my stomach area is just not how i would like it to be it seems like i have this layer of fat that if i could get red of would maybe show my 6pack. Please any help would do. Thanks alot

Thanks alot i really appreciate the advise. Do u think i should maybe give the boxing up for 6months and concentrate more on the weight lifting and then maybe return to the boxing? As i really want to put some muscle on and tone up quite a bit.

You want to bulk? You need to eat. At your age it should come on easily if you eat healthy! If you find you are gaining too much, add a bit of cardio or eat a little less. 7am - 10am - 1pm - 4pm - 7pm For instance. Morning example: eggs, hot rice cereal, hot amaranth or oatmeal, milk Other meals: 1 cup veggies 2-4 ounces of a protein (Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Steak, tofu...) 1/2 - 1 cup of a carbohydrate (rice, quinoa, pasta, baked sweet potato, potato...) Train your whole body Chest Back (upper/lower) Legs (Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes) Triceps Biceps Shoulders (back, medial and front and traps) Calf Abs Always warm up with 10 minutes light cardio! Start easy and warm up each bodypart with light high rep movements before the heavier lift. Warm down and stretch when you are done! And the basics: 8-12 cups water a day Multivitamin 8 hours sleep a night
