Lets see..i have been working on my chest and arms for around 5-6 years now..and they fiinely cut up and stuff..but now i thought about getting abs and stuff..so i would like to know how many times should i workout a week and what meals to eat excalty and how many calories to have...i mean me personally..i can od on working out..i really don't need rest..i workout till i feel all ripped out in the morning..so i can keep up a 3-4 routine in a week..i am like 5'8 200 pounds..and i just wanna get a finally a body i can be happy with instead looking at my flat stomach lol
