I need help in getting back into fooball shape

Iam 23, and I used to played DT in high school football, I was one of the top DT in the state of florida in 2000, I didn't attend college do because of some problems. But now I will like to get back in football shape. here is my profile weight 350 Hight: 5'11 40: 5.6 cone: 7.3 225 rep: 30 squat:700 my goal is to lose 50lbs, get my 40 down to 5.2 and get my reps to 40. I will like to lose weight, get faster and get stronger. I need a rountine for about 4 month working 5 days a week and a meal plan.

Height: 6'1'' Weight: 205 Age: 18 ______________________ Bench Press: 300 Squat: 465 Power Clean: 225 TOTAL: 990 GOAL: 1100 by late September, 2005.
