Hi, I was wondering what an ideal weigt gain would be for 2 months.
I am 18 6'1 155-160 and want to gain A LOT of weight.
I am willing to do whatever it takes,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My goal is around 180-185 by the end of summer.
Thank you for your time.

The keys to building muscle are simple- Eat, train and rest. You have to make sure your body's getting enough calories every day to build the muscle with- Not enough calories, no muscle. Check out the calorie calculators near the top of the nutrition forum. For training, you need to make sure you're on the right training program, one which hits every muscle group, not more than once or twice a week, one or two muscle groups per day. Check the training forum or the online training journals for some routines. When it comes to rest- That goes hand in hand with a good training program, and it's why you shouldn't work your muscles too often- Muscle is built when your body's resting, not while you're in the gym. If you don't let the muscles rest, they won't get the chance to build.
