Ok, Im going to be completely honest about this. I joined this board for this whole purpose. I'll give me stats and then my problem.

Age: 17
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 190
Max Bench: 185
Max Squat: 225
Max Deadlift: 185
Max Power sweep: 135
Max DB Curl: 45

Ok, that is truthfully my stats. I know they are really odd and off. My power sweep is really messed up. I started working out 8 months ago. I used to weigh 155 and benched 85. I took creatine for a bit, then stopped, and now Im about to start again. I need a better schedule. My current schedule, is well, I don't have one. I just do whatever i feel like doing. Unfortunately, I suck at power sweeps, squats, and deadlifts. I have concentrated on triceps, biceps, and chest too much. My back is incredibly weak, and my legs are too. I can barely do two pull ups. I need a complete schedule and something that will help balance things back out. I have procrastinated too much, and now I need to correct before it gets worse.

Then I will be honest as well.

Go look in the eBook review section.

There's 2 books I've been thru (one I'm going thru) that will give you a schedule and an eating plan. Plus calculate how to track your progress and how many calories a day.

Currently I'm doing the Optimum Anabolics program. Not easy. Just ask Navigator or myself. But here's the deal.

Every day I know EXACTLY what I need to do. Eating, bedtime, workouts. All neatly planned out. I never go into the gym wondering what I'll do today. I've got a great schedule.

And here's some more truth before you called me a book pimp (which I am but)...

You could always grab a copy of Max-OT in the training forum up top...it's FREE... and it is laid out for you as well. Do this, do that.. this many reps. Awesome kick butt routine. I started with that.. Loved it.

What I've found to be most helpful since I found that program is all these programs and workouts are so cool. Here they are, all laid out, for me to follow. I'm motivated, I know my prior workouts and I know my goals. And I know what I'm doing week by week so I can mentally prepare. Start off with that one and then work your way up to new programs to try out. It will keep you going and you'll be doing something different all the time.

The best thing for procrastination is spend a little money and you will feel more compelled to follow thru with it. Or get the most popular program on this forum, Max-OT and just print that sucker out and read it. Then do it. Your numbers will go way way up when you do that program for 12 weeks.
