I heard that you should eat as much carbs as you want up till 1 pm, get 35 grams of protein every 2.5 hours till 8 pm, get some cardio, and have a protein shake for breakfast every day.

Im 15, i need to lose at least 10-15 pounds of fat before i can worry about gaining a good bit of muscle ,mass, so what would you reccomend i do? Also, so you know, Im only about 5' 1''

ok, that sounds good...well heres something i thought of... monday get up 30 minutes early, do guerrilla cardio, rest for 10 minutes, and then drink a protein shake. Im not sure if i should go for a low calorie protein shake or this shake http://www.trickstutorials.com/channels/mrr.php its pretty cool...if i was gonna make it id do a 1/2 mix, but its still a whole lot of stuff...so please tell me which shake to do, anywho as i was saying monday, wednesday, friday i get up 30 minutes early and do some guerrilla cardio and then have a protein shake. tuesday, thursday, saturday, i do abs and then have a high protein warm meal, like eggs and oatmeal or something..(not sugary oatmeal, normal) and this will be my plan, now for some questions, should i have the shake, after i do the abs, or the meal, im not sure about that...also........... what are some good ab workouts besides crunches and sit ups?

How many calories and what kind of diet will you be doing? How many meals will you be getting? Its not as simple as just telling you what to eat, you've got to have a plan you can honestly follow. First we need your calorie maintenance level, which is the amount of food you need to stay at your current weight. Next we need to determine how many meals we you can eat per day, lets say 5. You'll need to determin what kind of diet you want. This is the hardest part, theres anything from carbo cycling to 100's of protein based diets. I personally cut most carbs out, but try and eat veggies with every food meal and I eat good fats. Check through these forums and see what you think you'll enjoy and be able to stick with easily. Once you have your diet you'll know how much protein, carbs and fat to eat then just divide the calories by your meals (5). Then build meals that meet both your cal requirements and protein, carb, and fat needs. Once your diet comes together for you, then you'll fine tune your exercise and cardio.
