I just bought some stuff from GNC, what do you guys think
I got these following.
Explosive Stack(these three items came in it)
-Nitro2
-Nocturnal
-“N” cycle
these two are made by NDS
Amplify -protein
Evolve -creatine
Can you guys tell me if the stuff I got is good stuff or is there something better that I should be using?

I've never used any of it, so I can't really comment- But let me ask you a question that might help get you better results than any supp out there- How are your eating habits?
We get a lot of people here who spend money on supps they don't need when they're not even eating right- All the supps in the world won't help if your diet's not in top shape. Let us know what you eat in an average day, and maybe we can help out there- In the meantime, I'm sure someone else here has some experience with those products.

i have been on the six meal a day plan. i have cut out almost all pop and sweets.i am on a high protein diet.

well viper I'm happy to see someone else taking NDS products I thought they were only available in Omaha and Cincinnati, but I've went through 7 bottles of Nitro 2 and I only tried No2 once I think Nitro is for sure the better product and yes the No2 I tried was supposed to be the new stronger batch. The protein taste very good but is only 20 g per serving so I would usually put 3-4 scoops in a drink. The creatine works pretty well but make sure to take the directed amount maybe a little more it suggests a half scoop before and after a workout you maybe be able to push it to a full scoop but this may cause explosive diarrhea lol. N'cycle kind of freaked me out because I felt discomfort in my testicles but it couldve just been in my head so I stopped taking it. The Nocturnal stuff was alright but I like just regular GNC ZMA's better.
All in all its a good way to spend $230 and youll love the Nitro 2 especially. Just remember to read the No2 book before you take it and find out all the tricks most people overlook about Nitric Oxide products and you'll benefeit a lot from the stack.

you can get the book for $1 at GNC though it may say $20 on the book most GNC stores sell them for $1. There are just a few things that most people overlook when taking No2 that are in this book. The main thing to me was to not eat for 30 mins after taking Nitro 2 because the nutrients of the food compete with the Nitro 2, The book will tell you about that and a lot of other things to

The N-Cycle also made my back break out with acne, it wasnt horrible but it was enough to cause concern.

why would you buy a bunch of supps THEN ask if they are good. don't you think you should have done research before buy a bunch of stuff.

None of it really works! We just think it does and think it's neat to take it :) LOL It's like a placebo, hell if it fools you and pushing you to lift harder I guess it does work after all :)
