Is it a good idea to mix my weight gainer and my Nitro tech in the same shake.?....or should i take them seperatly?...

is this ok or not?...

I don't think it would hurt to mix the 2 together.

WOuldn't hurt you but your supplements would be going to crap because your body would be fighting on how much nutrients and other essentials are absorbed.. So, most likely, you would be pissing most of it out.
