Hi,

I guess I belong here. I turned 40 this year and have been BB for about a year. Just thought I would say hi and I look forward to reading all your posts.

Thanx bro....it is nice to have a place to go to talk about ones interests. Looking forward to checking it out. Especially interested in diet right now. I need to lean out a bit. I am suppose to be meeting with Dino Paul Peirce here in a couple of weeks to have him help me work out a diet for me. My trainer goes to him and is having really good results. He is gonna be doing a show here in the next couple of months. I will post the diet Paul comes up for me if anyone is interested.
