Well basically, in the past 6 months or so, theres been alot of crap going on in my life. Now Im ready to get started again. Ive lost all the weight that I worked hard to gain, and honestly I feel completely unnatural in the gym. I'm hoping that someone can help me out with a diet and weight routine, to get me started back on track. I might get flamed for not searching, but I really just dont feel redoing all the research I did in the past. Right now Im 148lbs, 5'11, and pretty skinny. I am pretty much an ectomorph, (sorry I forgot how to figure out how many calories to eat). Im sure some more information is needed, but lemme know whats needed, I really just cannot do all that again.

For a workout plan of course I remember the basics, but im looking basically for a way to get the most out of muscle memory. Also on the subject nutrition of course I still know whats healthy and whats not, I never actually stopped eating healthy foods. My RMR is around 1800 calories, and it would be an immense help if someone could help me to create a diet that isnt a full blown bulking diet, but that is still able to add a decent amount of lbm. I would greatly appreciate any help provided.
