is it possible to get in about 300 plus grams of protein in 4 maybe 5 meals a day and if so how. also with easy to make possibly in a microwave directions. also Are ther premade protein shakes that are good and inexpensive?

300g of protein a day in 5 meals is 60g of protein per meal. thats 240 calories from protein per meal which is definately do-able. u can microwave almost any meal

60 per meal is alot...u would **** out alotta of it...if u stretched it to 7 maybe 8 its easy...but 5 maybe 6 ehh...its scary.

i eat on average 50g of protein per meal and i dont seem to have any problems, i like eating more protein and fat so i dont have as much carbs

That is pushing it......I do 40 per sitting for 5 sitting with trac amounts in the rest......adds upto 200-260 depending on the day.
You could go with 60 per sitting for 5 sittings.......but your are pushing the threshold for what your body will use and what your body may waste.
