 I Need a Routine

I Need a Routine - Monday, April 11, 2005 7:46 PM
Hi all, don't really know if this is the right place to ask, but I need a workout routine.

I'm 6'1, 230lbs, and have experience lifting weights. I used to lift a lot in highschool and tappered off my sophomore year in college.

Freshman year I weighed 175, 5 years later I've gained 55 lbs.

I would ultimately like to lose all this fat and turn it into muscle. I woudlnt mind getting back down to 190 because I was big and cut then, and after that I stopped lifting and just started gaining weight.

If anyone knows of a routine that would either help me lose weight and get cut or just turn this weight into muscle I would really appreciate it.

My best day to workout is any day except Wednesday really. In the evenings.

read the nutrition forum and the training forum, you should find all the infos you need.
