I have only just started out say 1 month ago and i am 16 yrs old, 17 in November and i am 5'8 and 9 stone (how do i change it into pounds?) Anyway i use the dumbell press on the bench (im new and dont know how to talk bodybulding) i use 12.5kg (this may also be very small but im just starting) what im saying is i only do chest and not legs that much, but some people on the forum say i have to do all the bodyto see mucle gain on the chest? why is this?
