IS it true about creatine... - Sunday, June 11, 2006 8:32 AM
ive used creatine b4(celltech) and it worked really well but after i stopped using it i lost all the gains.  is it true about creatine that after you stop using it, u lose most of the gains youve made?

about 2 months ago i used celltech and then the following month i used pumptech and the gains seem to be here to stay this time.  could it just have been the pumptech that effected it or what?
IM BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!

Usually while using creatine you start havong some water retention...while off creatine you lose the water, meaning losing weight.
You might want to try V12 creatine which is not a monohydrated creatine, heard great reviews about it.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

Yea, I ordered some of the kre-alkalyn b/c yea its true you will lose pounds when off creatine depending on how long you were on it.  Monohydrate creatines should not do this almsot at all.

You won't lose your real gains, only the extra water while using it.

Thats the water and is to be expected...but the first thing you want to do is be sure you are making steady gains WITHOUT the creatine...then use it to crank up the training intensity...
