MONDAYS - ABS, LEGS, RUNNING.
TUESDAYS - SHOULDERS
WEDNESDAYS - BACK
THURSEDAY - CHEST
FRIDAY - REST
SAT - REST
SUN - REST

MY ABS ARE VERY SMALL AT THE MOMENT, I WANT THEM BIG YOU GET ME? HOW DO I MAKE THEM BIG? WHAT EXERSISES? DO I HAVE 2 USE WEIGHTS?

ALSO I AM ONLY EATING ----

--- RISE
--- CHICKEN
--- TUNA
--- STEAK
--- POTATOE

***** ALSO I USE WEIGHT GAIN 4000 SHAKE, AND NOTATEEN HEAVYWEIGHT II

------------------ THATS FOR MONTHS NOW ------------------

ALSO I AM EATING GD FOOD 2 PUT ON WEIGHT, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE GOING TO MY CHEECKS WHICH I DONT WANT AT ALL. IS THERE ANYWAY WHAT I CAN EAT N IT GOES 2 MY BODY AND NOT MY CHEECKY HAHA! IMPOSSIBLE PROBS BUT WORTH ASKING.

where are your tricep, bicep, and forearm workouts?

and to get your abs to grow you should probably use weights but, what are you doing know for your abs, as in what exercise's?

oh yeh i do arms n triseps too just on random days, about the abs exercises, i go on one of them machine things i dont know what they are called sorry, u lay down and there is a bar going accros your head and u put ur hands on the bar and like do crunches, dont have a clue what its called sorry, what exersises can i do with weights for my abs.?

Weighted ab exercises-
Cable crunches
Weighted decline crunches
Hanging knee/leg raises w/weight
There are plenty more, but this is what I do.

Regarding your cheeks question- You're right. You can't stop your body from gaining weight in weird places when you're trying to gain weight- Just take it as a sign that you're growing, and worry about it when you start trying to lower your bodyfat percentage.
