My roomate takes this stuff, and Ive had some. Its actually pretty good tasting. Does this stuff work pretty efficient compared to the top proteins out there?

Isopure is my favorite.  Since I don't eat carbs after 6 to stay leaner, isopure zero-carb is the best for me.
