I need help obviously... I want to have a six pack... My lower midsection looks bad. I want to shape them all up. My chest looks ok, but my nipples look like melted hersheys. lol... I just started this new workout...

Height: 5"10" 71in
Weight: 210 pds
Body Fat: 18%
Diet: Morning After Workout -- 2 EGGS & 6 Strips of Turkey Bacon
Before Afternoon -- 4 Strawberries, 1 Banana, 7 Blueberries,
Orange, and 1 Sliced Pineapple all blended together.
Afternoon -- Salad, Beans, and Sandwich
Before Evening -- Another Blend
Evening -- Grilled Chicken with Noodles... Sometimes I cheat with pizza...
Daily Activity:
Morning: 2 Mile Run
AB Lounge 100 reps
Evening: 8 MIN AB workout
ALTERNATE EVERYDAY
Morning: 2 Mile Run
30 Push Ups
P90X Chest & Back
Evening: 40 Perfect Pushups
New Supplements: Lypo 6X
I use a blue waist belt whenever I run or any other workouts.
Need recommendations for dieting and working out.
