I am currently running formex. I had 2 bottles and i am using it at the tail end of my h drol pct.
I am running it at 100 100 75 75 50 50 25 25
I haven't read anything about amount of time to take it (weeks)
All I find is start high and taper down
What are your thoughts on this and if you have used it what did you think of the product and results??

One bottle should be adequate, finish the 60 caps and save the other one for your next cycle. A lot of guys take Formex with Fish/Flax oil or your fattiest meal of the day, this will aid in its absorption..
