Pictures my mom took, and one from the phone.

I've lifted on and off for the last 2 years. More on then off, but my weight really does not fluxuate much, and my body fat has remained the same at 8.9%.

5'10
195lbs

Bench 315
Squat 505
Dead Lift 450
Barbell Curl 165
Single Arm Curl 75
5:20 Mile
260 Power Cleans

My personal favorite, 103 push ups inside of one minute.

Foam. I need to figure out why my chest is not growing. My weight is increasing as well as the reps, but the size is just not showing. !!

I've got the same problem. I watched a pretty good video on lowering the amount of weight you do and just really focusing on form and a HUGE squeeze at the top and I did notice improvements from that alone. A new favorite of mine is incline cable flies... wanna talk about really feeling the chest pop. Good luck.
