I need to find a wrist brace - Tuesday, September 12, 2006 8:16 AM ( #1 )
I was having pain in my wrist a couple months ago when bench pressing and curling so I went to the doctor, had x-rays done and they said it is Cripitus and bone callousification or something like that...she also said chronic arthritis. It was over the phone when the radiologist finally looked at the x-rays and those were the 3 things she said. It's basically some extra bone growth in the wrist that flares up when I overuse it.

I want to start lifting again bad so I was wondering if there was a wrist brace I could wear to help keep my wrist somewhat straight mainly while benching to keep my hand from bending back.

The carpel tunnel splint I tried won't work for lifting.

If you know of something that would work please let me know where I could find one.

Thanks
