I've been lifting weights since high school, mainly for football. I didn't get serious about lifting until 2 years ago.

how many pullups can you do with your own body weight in a row. not CHEATING pullups. i'm talking about palms faced away from the body, wide grip, and going ALL the way down.. and ALL the way up. how many of those can you do? (just curious b/c your lats look like wings, and you're the same weight as me)

Yea I've been slacking on the shrugs, power shrugs, cleans and power cleans for a while now. @ Silverfox Man I really have know idea how many pull-ups I can do at the moment. Lately I've been doing 3 sets of 8 with 25lbs weights. So would estimate somewhere between 15-20 reps straight. Probally closer to 15 though lol.

looking good man. to thicken up your traps and neck shrugs should work good. front and rear shrugs,i alternate from db to bb on them. also every other week when i do front shrugs i lean my upper body slightley forward.and also standing rows like boomer said.

Also, 120 pounds on your bench by January is way out of reach. If you're benching 330 now, and add 120 pounds you'll be at 550, and you should be a professional powerlifter. 30 pounds on the bench is more reasonable, and 10 pounds of LBM.

Reread what he said and see if what you put makes sense. 120 by the end of the year is a hell of a goal. You might not reach it but setting your goals high is good.

Yet, I appreciate and respect your opinion. Your an awesome person and don't ever let anyone tell you different. Bulking up to 235 pounds and a 450 pound bench in 6 months time are my goals. Maybe I believe in myself too much. Maybe I think to highly of my own abilities. Or maybe I'm just delusional. It is what it is Yet. My goals are just that... Mine. And in my reality, adding 120 pounds to my bench is more than possible--it's probable.

I wasn't trying to shut down your goals if that's the way it came off. I know a lot of people that workout and say things like, "By the beginning of summer I'm going to lose 20 pounds" or something similar. Then when it doesn't happen they give up and stop. I was just letting you know in advance that's a massive increase in strength output that way you didn't crash down if it didn't happen. If you hit those goals, send me a PM. I'll start promoting you in powerlifting competitions, we'll make millions.
