You have quoted NO evidence from any valid sources for an accurate study on the effects of Creatine on bone loss. I know how smart you think you are, but you are by no means a published expert in the field. Sorry. You are wrong.

BigAss, You have done nothing this whole time but spout your own rhetoric like it's gospel. You are not an expert here in anything but your own nonsense. Go play with yourself since you seem to love you so much because we are all sick and tired of reading your 49 oh so wisdom-filled posts. If we are all idiots then go to bodybuilding.com and hang out with the educated. See if they put up with your immigrant ass.

I for one would first like to mention that you guys have given me a great laugh tonight. Ur hilarious. Secondly, not trying to bash anybody, but I've never heard of creatine being damaging to ur bones. Don't see how it could be, it's naturally found in skeletal muscle tissue. (so I read) Just that extended use without enough water may damage the kidneys. And I mean REALLY extended use.

Quoting someone on any subject is not conclusive proof of anything, nor is depending on a single study to prove your point of the argument as gospel. You need to understand that tests and studies are carried out each and every day, all over the world, with each study often having differing conclusions. If I remember correctly the last claim was "Multi-vitamin supplementaion causes prostate cancer"..... Now whether is not this is true is irrelevant. The fact is, it's a "boy who cried wolf" scenerio. If ever there's something to truthful to scream about, everyone takes it with a pinch of salt and sweeps it under the carpet with the rest of the past news which is equally outlandish. There's way too much bull**** floating around without having to quote people as a grounds for argument, no matter who the person may be. If you are going to argue a topic, know your topic. Don't bank your eggs in someone elses basket.

You guys really should listen to BigAce. He doesn't post things unless he really knows what he is talking about. You see his mom is a doctor and she tells him the inside information. Things such as creatine is poison, whey protein is just chopped up steak, potatoes are equivalent to snicker candy bars, president Bush has dictatorship controll over the US and the world and America was discovered by Columbus in 1957. He's very, very, very educated as is his entire family.

Again, I saw nothing in BigAss's post about an actual study done on humans, more one person's experiences, which, though very nice conversation material, do not in any way reflect the accurate results of a double-blind study. If rat physiology is so much different from our own why conduct animal testing at all? I would trust any true scientific study over anecdotal drivel any day.

ORIGINAL: BigAce I'm from France. Well that explains a great deal. BigAss, every post that spews forth from your fingertips screams "asshole" louder and louder. In this forum we debate ideas, not personally attack others. That may be difficult for a Frenchie to understand, but you are in no way superior to anyone here. Indeed, with every post you make yourself appear more and more inferior. I have read every one of your "contributions" to this thread and I assure you that you have not referred to anything even closely resembling a true scientific study. Your assertions come from the personal anecdotal experiences of someone you claim to be an expert. We would have to be retarded morons to take that as gospel. Who is the idiot here who actually believes it??? There is nothing more you can say to make you more retarded. I believe YOU have taken care of saying it for me, time and time again.. Human testing is only truly accurate in a double-blind scientific study. Those are normally published, and not posted in an internet forum like the one you referred. You cannot possible expect us to swallow your nonsense when all you have done is insult others from day one for disagreeing with you. You have no credibility. I have been on DB.com for a long time and I can tell you with all certainty that you do not belong here.

You don't know me at all and I suspect you are yet young. You have done more to detract from your intelligence than you will ever know. Conversator is not a word in the dictionary. I don't hate you at all; I am indifferent to you. I have voiced plenty of opinions, but obviously you don't read as well as you think you do. DB is a place for different people to exchange ideas, not for one person to disseminate them. I have no interest in feeding your ego any longer, so this is the last response you will get from me. My opinion is that doctors can be trusted no more than automobile mechanics. They are businessmen. Malpractice suits as well as the promise of riches have made them corrupt. They are quick to judge anything possibly beneficial because they don't want to get caught up in a legal quagmire. You talk about sheep joining the herd, that is a perfect description of the entire medical community, including yourself. I don't deny at all that there are side effects to creatine, but no one can say conclusively what the long term effects actually are. Making a blanket statement that creatine is harmful to bone structure is conjecture and should not be stated as fact. How many doctors would actually recommend any of the things bodybuilders do to themselves? If their word is good enough for you, then YOU would be the one burning Galileo at the "steak," not I. If you do a search you will find many such opinions written by yours truly. You will also find I am more infamous on this forum than you will ever be. I've seen people like you come and go. If you continue in your present vein you won't last here long. That's yet another opinion, by the way.

ORIGINAL: BigAce I'm from France. Figures. And I hope I don't offend anyone but BigAce, but I use to have a bumper sticker on my Jeep that said in bold red letters 'FRANCE SUCKS'.

ORIGINAL: BigAce 1. I appear smarter than you even on these forums because I can back my statements up. You don't appear smarter than anyone dude. You're just a virus in an otherwise wonderful community.

Or mail the results, and if anything is not right, THEN call you back for a follow up... How many times have I paid to hear "Yep everything is normal... See the checkout clerk on your way out"....
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.
