first off what does your diet look like at the moment?

do you have any home equipment at all or are you going to join a gym?

dont worry about thermo supps to start off would be a waste of money!

Well Right now im starting to eat just eggs in the morning.  A simple sandwhich no mayo/ect.,  Yogurt, fruit and a small snack (chips, ect.).  I get home and have another small snack.  And for dinner i eat whatever.  I dont really know what my diet should be looking like.

And i dont really have any equipment only thing i have is a jumprope if that counts.

it is important that you understand that you should not starve yourself you want to consume a calorie defecit to your maintenance level, there are threads on this site which can help you do this.

secondly start taking more care with what you eat, become more knowlegable about the saturated fats, carbohydrates, sugars and protein contents of your food.

thirdly the diet you have written above doesnt really give enough info into what you are eating, eggs are fine, snacking on chips probabley isnt the best thing to do.

look more in depth at your carb intake, i would suggest having your main carb source in the morning after waking up, then a smaller source of carbs at lunchtime and then a tiny amount for an evening meal, also increase protein intake.

reduce the amount of sugar you are consuming, no more than 2 portions of fruit a day and check sugar contents of other foods you buy.

in regards to exercise 3-5 times a week would be a good start, is joining a gym really not an option?

if not then search the internet for body weight exercises which you can do without equipment, examples being push ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, crunches.

jumping rope would be fine aswell.

hope this hopes a little i am sure there are some things i should have included that i have missed !

If you do not have access to a gym, you could start off with body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups (if you can get access to a pull up bar) crunches, leg lifts, dips between chairs, step ups for legs. If you can get basic set of home weights it would be really beneficial.
For your diet, you should stick to natural foods, like lean beef and poultry, fruit and vegetables and whole grains. There is a good article on nutrition for building muscle on this webpage:
