So ive been stuck doing chest/back, legs. shoulders/tris for way too long so here is my 3 day full body + isolation (*means isolation): Monday: Squat Incline Bench DB/BB Military Prwess Pullups BB/DB Row *pushdowns *calf raises Wednesday: Deadlift Flat Bench Arnolds Pullups Cable Rows *Reverse pec-deck *Shrugs Friday: Squat Chest Dips INcline Bench Pullups Hang Clean & Press *Preachers *pushdowns looks good?
