I love glycogen!

I was amazed how much bigger I was after coming back from the shore, which involved tons of drinking, pizza, breakfasts that consisted of pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc... I've been eating pretty low carbs lately, and basically eat whatever on the weekends. My rationalization is that I'm "carbing up" on the weekends, but in all actuality that's what im doing. By friday, I look weak and frail. By Monday, I'm looking healthy again, which is amazing because of all the drinking and crappy eating I do. This is called the Irishman's diet that I'm on. Here's a pic of me with my glycogen all filled up again: http://img512.imageshack.us/img512/2401/1828309.jpg

I normally gain a little weight on my 2 day carb ups even though i eat in moderation. This last weekend I screwed up and binged (had an entire tub of icecream and i never eat icecream) and when i went to weigh in this morning i actually lost 2 pounds since the day before the carb up! Weird ****.

Can't agree more. Topping off the carbs keeps me full and tight. As long as I'm bulking, it's a 7-day-a-week affair. Looks good on you!
