Look -
I receive quite a lot of emails with questions about
fitness and bodybuilding. But I don't hide the fact that
when I get emails from people thanking me for taking the
time to research and write my Beginner's Guide, it does
feel good.
When I sat down 2 years ago and started spilling out the
information from my brain into the typed word, I really
